What information do I need to know about your policies and procedures during the COVID-19 Pandemic?

1. The Unmapped Taproom and Patio are OPEN every day.
Monday – Thursday: 12-10pm
Friday + Saturday: 12-11pm
Sunday: 12-7pm

2. Properly-worn masks are still required inside the taproom unless you are SEATED at an indoor table.
There is no longer a mask requirement outside on the patio.

3. Group sizes are limited to 10 people as per the current executive order.

4. Well-behaved and leashed dogs are welcome inside and on the patio.

5. Children are welcome, but they must remain at your party’s table at all times unless accompanied by an adult or guardian.

6. “Walk-Up Reservations” are ONLY required for indoor seating at this time. To make a walk-up reservation, please enter through our main doors and follow the line to the host stand. Our host will assist you with your reservation.
Walk-up Reservations are no longer required for outside patio seating. All patio seating is now on a first-come-first-served basis.

7. If we are fully booked for indoor seating when you arrive, we can place your party on our waitlist. You are welcome to wait in your vehicle or on our patio (if space is available). We unfortunately are not able to allow groups to wait inside the taproom yet.

8. There is a two hour limit for all groups seated inside.

The Unmapped Online Shop is OPEN every day during regular taproom hours.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! We offer gift cards of any amount. Stop by the taproom anytime during taproom hours to purchase what you need.

Do you allow children to visit the taproom?

Yes, but we are NOT a daycare. We have plenty of activities and non-alcoholic beverages available for guests under 21 years of age, but minors must be with their parents or guardians at all times. We strive for our taproom to be a fun and family-friendly place, but groups who do not follow this rule will be asked to leave.

Do you allow dogs?

Yes! Leashed and well-behaved dogs (meaning no aggressive behavior and loud/persistent barking) are welcome inside the taproom and outside on our patio.

Where can I park?

Most parking at Glen Lake Station is first-come-first-served…
HOWEVER: Please please please respect the parking signs of the other tenants in the Glen Lake Center.

If parking is not available in the main lot, please use our overflow lot located at Bethlehem Lutheran Church (a 2 minute walk down Eden Prairie Road). A HUGE thank you to the kind folks at Bethlehem Lutheran for their generosity in sharing their parking lot!

ALSO: If you show us your UBER/LYFT receipt or a fitness app that has a record of your biking/walking/running/skiing to the taproom, we will give you $1 off your first beer!

Do you sell growlers and crowlers?

Yes! At this time we ONLY PRE-FILL growlers for sale in the taproom. If you have an empty Unmapped Brewing growler to exchange, you’ll only need to pay the refill price. If you don’t have an Unmapped Brewing growler, just add five dollars to the price of a refill.

Don’t forget about Growler Tuesdays and Crowler Wednesdays! Every Tuesday, every growler is $5 off and every Wednesday, all crowlers/750ml bottles are $2 off!

At this time we do NOT fill growlers other than Unmapped Brewing growlers. Thanks for understanding 🙂

We usually have a wider variety of our brands available in crowlers and 750ml bottles. Stop on in and pick up a 3 pack!

I see that you do not serve food. Can I bring my own food or order in?

Yes! We encourage you to bring along whatever food you would like when you visit our taproom. We also encourage you to order food to be delivered to you in the taproom.

Gina Maria’s Pizza, Del Sur Empanadas, and Copper Cow Kitchen are all fantastic restaurants that offer to-go options. They are all either down the breezeway from us or across the steet.
Please support them and bring some of their tasty food to the taproom with you!

If you’re just looking for a snack, we have some tasty Von Hanson’s pretzels, 3 Mad Popper’s Popcorn, and Junita’s Jar cookies available, too!

Do you host food trucks?

We often have food trucks once or twice a week on weekends (depending on the season). Check our calendar on the taproom page to see our current food truck schedule.

Do you offer non-alcoholic beverages and/or gluten free beverages?

Yes to both!
1. We have a variety of locally-crafted N/A sodas from Northern Soda Company

2. We have several different options from Deane’s Kombucha (Minneapolis).

3. With our newly-released Hidden Falls Hard Seltzer series, we can now offer our guests an alcoholic beverage that is gluten-removed! (Gluten-reduced because it is produced in our facility that also makes products with gluten)
The selzer is flavorless, but we can add the following flavors upon request: Blackberry, Cherry, Raspberry, Lemon, Lime, Orange, and Mango.

What kind of beers do you serve?

Check out our current tap list on our taproom page. In addition to our diverse lineup of flagship beers, we have quite a variety of seasonals, special releases, and experimental beers that are exclusively available in our taproom.

Do you have any weekly events like trivia?

*All weekly events are currently cancelled due to the Covid-19 outbreak. We’ll get back to normal as soon as we can!*

We have Trivia Night every Monday @7:30 in the Taproom.

We also have shuffleboard league on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. Keep an eye on our social media pages to know when to register for the next league.

Do you have any games?

*All public use games are discontinued during the Covid-19 outbreak. We’ll get back to normal as soon as we can!*

We have shuffleboard tables, a foosball table, and giant Jenga. We also have plenty of board games for guests to use as well. We’re always looking to add more games to our lineup, so let us know if you have a request for your personal favorite!

Can I hold my event in the Unmapped taproom?

*During the Covid-19 outbreak, we are not accepting advanced reservations. Once we can open our taproom to 100% capacity, we will start taking advance reservations again.*

Do I really have to bring my ID? I haven’t been 21 for a longggg time.

Yes, please bring your ID with you. No matter your age, we require a valid ID for beer service. That is because we check for alcohol service restrictions on the back of your ID as well as your age. Thanks for understanding!

Why don’t you sell wine or liquor? (And why can’t I bring my own alcoholic beverages to Unmapped?)

Since we are not a winery, distillery, or a brewpub, Minnesota state law prohibits any alcoholic beverages in our taproom other than the beer we produce on site.

This also means that you cannot bring in any alcoholic beverages with you to drink while you are here. You are more than welcome to bring any NON-alcoholic beverages though!

Do you have live music?

*During the Covid-19 outbreak, our Tuesday Night Songwriters Showcase will be cancelled. We’re looking forward to getting the music back once we are back up to 100% capacity*

Every Tuesday we have our “Songwriters Showcase” concerts that feature several local musicians.. Music begins at 7pm. We also offer three outdoor concerts/music festivals each year. Check our calendar on the taproom page to see our current live music schedule.

Are you closed on holidays?

Sometimes. Our holiday closure dates are: New Year’s Day, Election Day (YEP- GO VOTE!), Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Otherwise, we are open!

I hate email and I want to call you to ask my questions. Why the heck don’t you have a phone number listed anywhere?

We get that email is a bit more involved than just dialing a phone number, but emailing us at is the absolute best way to reach us.

We are a small business with a small number of employees, and we’re rarely (if ever) by the phone when there’s lots of beer to brew, deliver, and pour 🙂

I really want to visit your taproom, but I just can’t make it over there today. Can I get my Unmapped beer fix somewhere else?

Yes! We are on tap at many great restaurants in the Twin Cities metro, and you can also find our beer in 12 ounce 6-packs, crowlers, and 750ml bottles in many Twin Cities liquor stores. Check out the “Unmapped Brewing Beer Finder” on the our beer page to find a restaurant or liquor store close to you that offers our beer.
